• Oversee all branch operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service.
• Actively participate in sales, customer service, and warehouse activities as needed to support the team and meet customer needs.
• Engage directly with customers to develop and sustain strong, lasting relationships.
• Achieve financial objectives set by the Regional General Manager and approved by the Board of Directors.
• Identify growth opportunities and monitor market trends to drive branch expansion and increase revenue.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts to build a skilled, motivated team.
• Provide guidance on personnel decisions, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company core values.
• Keep informed of industry developments, attending trade shows, conventions, and seminars as needed or directed to maintain First Supply’s competitive edge.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive management experience with a proven record of success.
• 2+ years’ experience in wholesale distribution preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or fluid handling industries preferred.
• Solid computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel
• ERP experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interact with customers effectively in person and by telephone
